This site used to be the industrial plant where Richard Ginori produced ceramics and now it hosts a creative village dedicated to the world of fashion, design, advertising, media and art. The complicated urban aspect of the project demanded involved interaction with the Municipality of Milan. Over 400 illegal squatters had to be evicted and it was agreed that the industrial architectural heritage of the building would be maintained and promoted. Artists could add their creativity to large parts of the structure. The site was converted it into show room spaces and offices that have been owned and leased over the time by companies such as Orciani, Esprit, Hugo Boss, Gruppo Fornari (Fornarina), Tombolini, Inditex, Geospirit, John Kaverdash , Rossetti, Milano Layout, RCS, Nestlé, San Pellegrino, Canali and others.
