Five distinct multi-purpose, six-storey buildings of around 5,500 sqmeach have been designed by modern project architect Matteo Thun. The collaborative project of approximately 27,000 sqm is part of the long-term requalification of the industrial area and the glazed façade and wooden brise-soleil harbours tenants such as the Gianfranco Ferré Foundation, Young & Rubicam group, Liu Jo, Matchless and Puma Italy.
