Via Stendhal, 34/36

General Electric used several industrial sites in Milan for metallurgy after the end of WWII. Under the Marshall Plan General Electrics eventually transferred ownership and know-how to Italian companies in an effort to rebuild the country’s economy. Via Stendhal was purchased by one of the first companies listed on the Italian Stock Exchange: Riva Calzoni. The property now hosts the Zegna showrooms and offices designed by Antonio Citterio, the headquarters of Hogan & Fay (Diego Della Valle group) and the Diesel Group’s ‘Only the Brave’ headquarters. Moncler, Fendi, Allegri, CP Company and Belstaff as well as restaurants and various other companies also have offices in this property of approximately 44,000 sqm property.
