Once a pollution prone factory used by Schlumberger in the production of gas meters, this property was transformed into approximately 25,000 sqm of pleasing buildings. The colourful exterior is now a suitable façade to an interior filled with photography, design and architecture studios, fashion stylists, media showrooms and sculptor and painter ateliers.
