La Forgiatura is a unique integrated campus located in Zona Certosa, in the North-Western part of Milan (Via Varesina). The former industrial complex of approximately 15,000 sqm now features over 25,000 sqmof urban regeneration and maximum energy efficiency, thanks to high energy-class building construction and the heating/conditioning plants installed. Pietro and Stefano used the experience they gained from the Tortona area to create the first 100% carbon-free corporate campus in Milan.
