Howick Place

A Post Office since the beginning of the 18^th Century, Howick Place, near St James’ Park in London, was bought directly from Royal Mail. The site of approximately 11,000 sqm featured over time Phillips de Pury (a contemporary art auction house), art galleries (including Art Sensus and Post Box Gallery), luxury apartments and offices. It is a testament to the feasibility of exporting the Zona Tortona experiment. Howick Place regularly hosts high profile events maintaining a significant market presence. The asset was bought together with other investors, who were ultimately responsible for its restructuring and commercialisation.
