With more than 25 years in business, it has to its credit 375,000 square meters of real estate operations, characterized by low environmental impact interventions, with a strong focus on energy efficiency and the creation of spaces that foster social interaction, cohesion and a sense of belonging.

Some of the most iconic and representative structures in its portfolio include La Forgiatura, the first 100% carbon-free corporate campus and now home to multinationals including Medtronic, Zeiss and Sandvik, the former Richard Ginori and the former General Electric, now home to the Nhow hotel and Luxottica.
