Thanks to a long-term redevelopment plan, the former industrial area has been transformed into a complex of five six-story multipurpose buildings, about 5,500 square meters each, designed by architect Matteo Thun. The buildings, embellished with glass facades and wooden brise soleil panels, have housed tenants such as the Gianfranco Ferré Foundation, Young & Rubicam Group, Liu Jo, Matchless and Puma Italia.
