A dynamic and bright space that enhances the original structures with a modern twist
To regenerate the former Koelliker offices, built in the late 1960s, restoring dynamism and uniqueness to the structure. This is the goal of the "Palazzina Uffici" redevelopment project, which transforms the former factory on Via Giovanni da Udine into a modern and smart workspace, chosen by AUTO1 Group as the location for its new offices.
Designed by Giuseppe Tortato Architects, the project focuses on the unification of two buildings, one pre-existing within the subdivision and one on the street, which are developed on several levels, occupying a total area of 3,000 square meters.
Fundamental was the restoration of the original elements, eliminating the classic square office ceilings and leaving the reinforced concrete structures and metal roof trusses exposed.

The color choice was oriented toward orange tones, which distinguish the brand's logo, balanced by neutral tones for user-friendly environments. Elements of green, reminiscent of the soundproof panels of the meeting rooms, were also included in the bright open spaces. Finally, the presence of sliding partitions makes it easy to convert open spaces into dedicated meeting rooms.
