Modern, lightweight architecture to breathe new life into historic brush company
The redevelopment of this factory stems from the desire to recover and enhance the original architectural layout of the Sorini & Migliavacca factory, a historic company active in the distribution of paint brushes.
II project, prepared by the ML Architettura firm, was developed around two main themes.

On the one hand, the conservative restoration of the historic volume through interventions that will achieve modern quality standards while maintaining the original architectural appearance.
On the other, the design of a new building to complete the curtain wall on Via Varesina. A modern and light architecture, in metal carpentry, which represents a stylistic exception intended and declared in materials, volumes and colors.
