The area, once occupied by a Richard Ginori industrial plant, now houses a trendy creative village
From a former Richard Ginori factory intended for the production of ceramics to a creative village dedicated to the world of fashion, design, advertising, art and media. This is the result of the major regeneration project of the area, characterized by complex urban planning interventions that required constant collaboration with the City of Milan to remove the more than 400 squatters and preserve the industrial architectural heritage.
Thanks to a creative transformation of the structure to which the artists themselves have contributed, over the years the area has been converted into a vibrant corporate campus, with showrooms and offices that have become headquarters for major brands such as Orciani, Esprit, Hugo Boss, Gruppo Fornari (Fornarina), Tombolini, Inditex, Geospirit, John Kaverdash, Rossetti, Milano Layout, RCS, Nestlé, San Pellegrino, Canali, and many others.
